Life happens – kids, school, work, grocery shopping, laundry, cooking, cleaning…the list goes on.

We get it. Life is busy and inevitably taking care of yourself always seems to be put on the back burner.

And when you decide to go on a diet, the weeks always start great.

  • Wednesday – We’re over the hump.
  • Thursday – Did someone say Happy Hour? Whew, made it through with one drink.
  • Friday – Ah the weekend, time to let loose a little.

The weekend comes and you decide to treat yourself for such a good job during the week. One bad decision turns into another and before you know it you’re telling yourself that “I’ll just start back on Monday”. You food prep on Sunday and pack your Tupperware full of chicken and broccoli for the week ahead and so the cycle is set to repeat.
